Power Business Support System for Uzbekenergo's AEM Project
For Uzbekenergo, a state-owned holding company for power generation, transmission, and distribution in Uzbekistan, we have developed a power business support system as part of its AEM (Advanced Electricity Metering) project. The project is to implement an advanced electricity metering system (AEM) that communicates with smart meters installed on the premises in real time and provides consumers with smart metering services.NTELS Power Business Support System consists of CRM for processing of smart meter installation orders and consumer contracts, Billing for usage data collection, billing and invoicing, and EDM for power demand and generation forecasts. The integrated dashboard allows operators to view. Its integrated dashboard provides at-a-glance view of the status of customers, work orders and payment while helping operators efficiently respond to customer inquiries with a single point of view. The system collects power usage data and performs real-time billing. It sends a meter disconnection/reconnection message upon customer request while sending an automatic disconnection/reconnection message when account balance reaches the threshold or the unpaid balance is paid.Our system is now operating in three regions of Uzbekistan (Samarkand, Jizzakh and Bukhara) and will interface with one million smart meters in near future. Smart Shelf Platform for SK Telecom
For SK Telecom, we have developed Smart Shelf Platform, a cloud-based multi-display digital signage that deliver digital content through Android set-top boxes. With our platform, SK Telecom has been delivering product information and multimedia marketing content and executing marketing campaigns on Smart Shelf displays installed in various types of stores nationwide.For operators, the platform allows them to easily create a playback schedule, run ads on Smart Shelf displays and monitor playback in real time. For consumers, the platform processes touch events in real time to interact with them, for example, triggering custom content, changing the layout of displays and sending coupons and rewards to consumers via SMS/MMS. For advertisers, the platform enables them to keep track of campaign performance and share advertising profits with content providers depending on the number of displays and the frequency of ads.Client : SK TelecomUse Case : Large Discount Stores (Hanaro Mart, HomePlus and E-Mart)
Charging System
As part of the LTE service implementation project, we implemented a charging system that receives charging data by interfacing with Packet Data Network Gateway (PGW) and performs aggregation per user session. The system also sends roaming user data to related systems in the format they can understand by interfacing with Serving Gateway (SGW).

Integrated Settlement System
We implemented an integrated settlement system for various settlement operations with business partners, including interconnection fee, content charge, small payment, and resale. The system also manages all the necessary information for settlement, such as partners, settlement contracts, settlement results and provides integrated revenue/expense management, which results in savings in settlement time and cost.
HATA Settlement System
For Hyundai Autoever Telematics America (HATA), we implemented a settlement system based on our Partner Relationship Management (PRM). The system allows HATA to verify settlement data with Verizon (MNO) for HATA’s telematics service that uses Verizon’s mobile network.
MVNO System
We provided an integrated BSS package for product & customer management, charging and billing to meet the needs of a specific MVNO. Supply Chain Management (SCM) is also included for settlement between operators/distributors and sales network management. With improved customer care, the system allows operators to respond to customer inquiries fast, which increases customer satisfaction and work efficiency.
