We developed a building energy management system (BEMS) to enhance energy efficiency in operating buildings. Buildings with our BEMS acquired a first-level certification from Korea Energy Agency, which confirms that BEMS has been successfully implemented in the building.

The system collects energy data from HVAC, cooling and heating systems, identifies energy consumption pattern of buildings depending on their characteristics and creates proper energy consumption plans. In addition, the system provides guides to optimize energy efficiency in buildings through demand forecast and continually monitors building operations and facility performance. Through customized building energy design, the system takes energy management to a whole new level.

In the short term, the system provides building owners with energy savings and residents with a pleasant environment. In the long term, it helps generate positive publicity for buildings, which will lead to the improvement of competitiveness and asset value of buildings.
