SK Telecom singed a new contract with nTels for a packet charging system on August 21.
nTels, a leading BSS/OSS provider, provided SK Telecom a new packet charging system. With an increased number of W-CDMA subscribers, SK Telecom asked nTels for an enhanced charging system last August.
“N-Mediator and N-Mediator CGF were implemented for the stable charging infrastructure. The main goal was convergence of current system and architecture improvement, and the result was successful,” said a staff in nTels. With this project (net sales: 1.7 million dollars), nTels could have proved the excellence of its innovative solutions once again.
Meanwhile, as the W-CDMA, WiBro and IPTV markets are continually growing, nTels expects that more service providers will be interested in the investment for a robust charging system.
