nTels Co., Ltd. today announced that it has agreed to buy out ZIO Interactive by acquiring 72% stake of ZIO Interactive.
The terminal application-related technology of ZIO Interactive will extend nTels’ vision for Unified S/W service platform from server solution to terminal application.
nTels, the technology and market leader in service infra of telecommunications business plans to be a real business enabler with the full core functions in the value chain of telecommunications from platform to terminal and contents.

ZIO Interactive has rich development know-how and service experience in mobile game market. It published 8 mobile games through China Mobile and China Unicom in China, which generated publicity that it had been coping with dramatically expanding China market.
